Ruth Tal started Juice for Life in 1991, but we officially became Fresh in 1999.

Our restaurants are open from 11 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 10:30 AM to 10 PM on weekends (for brunch, obviously!)

Yes! Everything on our menu is 100% plant based.

While some of our menu items are made without ingredients containing gluten, they are made in a kitchen that has other items containing gluten. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the meal is gluten-free.
