FAQ

Group order is available for pickup or delivery through the Fresh app or our website.

No, only the admin (the person that started the group order) can see everyone’s orders. You are only able to see your own order.

Only the person who started the group order (the admin) can add or remove people. To add more friends, share the link to the group order. Remove friends before you complete the order and checkout. Your friends can also remove themselves from the order as long as it’s before you complete the order checkout.

Nope! The link that the admin sends will take you to the group order, but no account is needed to add to it.

Your order can be changed until the admin locks the entire group order. At that point, no one can change their orders, no more guests can be added to the order, and the order setup can no longer be changed.

If you're an invitee, you have to contact the order admin to help you out. If you're the admin, please call the store you ordered from and be ready to provide your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email.

Yes, but only the admin is able to add the coupon to the order.

Your time could have changed due to: Your group took too long to place the order or Your group order was too large and we needed more time to prepare it!

As of right now, no. The admin is charged for the entire order. They can then coordinate any payment splits on their own.

Unfortunately, that’s currently beyond our app capabilities and you will have to create a separate order. We will be taking this into consideration in our next app updates.
